Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
ABOUT THE ROLE We are hiring a proactive and organised Merchandiser with retail experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to maximise product visibility and availability across assigned outlets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Visit assigned retail outlets on a regular route. Arrange and replenish product displays according to planograms. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain team. Ensure correct pricing and promotional materials are in place. Build positive relationships with store managers and staff. Submit visit reports and flag out-of-stock situations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience in merchandising or retail sales preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid Qatar driving license may be required for field roles.
- Physically fit and comfortable working on the go.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
