Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Support Sales Executives in daily merchandising activities
- Ensure proper product placement and visibility in retail outlets
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
- Maintain display standards as per company guidelines
- Build strong relationships with store staff and supervisors
- Conduct regular store visits across assigned territory
- Provide market feedback and competitor insights
- Ensure compliance with promotional campaigns
Requirements
- FMCG sales/merchandising experience required
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
- Ability to work under Sales Executives
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple outlets efficiently
- Physically fit for fieldwork
