Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Accountabilities:
Build and organize merchandisers daily routes in line with the size of branches and customers within the coverage areas and different channels.
Daily follow-up of various promotional activities and ensure the application of spaces, offers and prices according to the agreements concluded with customers.
Prepare the required daily reports to measure the movement of items, expiry dates, and inventory.
Monitor various competitors activities and changing market trends and assist in planning and implementing various marketing campaigns.
Monitor the performance of the promoter team in accordance with the company s systems, policies, and KPIs.
Location: Nasr City, Cairo.

Desired Candidate Profile
+3 Experience as merchandiser supervisor in modern trade and hyper-chains in the Greater Cairo area (preferably in beverage or FMCG)br>
Must have a Car.
Strong network with main key accounts in modern trade channels.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
High analytical and reporting skills.
