Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers and production departments regarding orders, timelines, and requirements.
- Handle daily communication with clients and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Prepare reports on order status, delivery schedules, and merchandising performance.
- Review and approve samples, fabrics, trims, and accessories according to required specifications.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent qualification.
- 3 5 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in garments/textiles.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of production processes, fabrics, trims, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
