Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and inform buying decisions, ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time.
  • Develop and manage merchandise plans, including forecasting sales, inventory levels, and markdowns to maximize profitability and minimize risk.
  • Collaborate with buyers to create seasonal assortments, selecting products that align with the brand's image and target customer preferences.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in retail merchandising, planning, or a related role; practical experience is highly valued.
  • Experience within the fashion, apparel, or consumer goods industries is preferred; industry-specific knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions; critical for success.
