Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Execute merchandising activities in assigned outlets in line with company guidelines and standards.
- Ensure product availability, proper shelf placement, and attractive product displays.
- Support the implementation of promotions, POSM placement, and in-store activations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of product displays to enhance brand visibility.
- Visit assigned outlets according to the planned route schedule.
- Build positive relationships with store staff to support smooth day-to-day operations.
- Ensure pricing accuracy and correct product labeling across stores.
- Prepare and submit daily field reports accurately and on time.
- Capture key data such as stock levels, out-of-stock issues, and display compliance.
- Report any issues, gaps, or opportunities observed in-store to the supervisor.
- Assist in maintaining Perfect Store standards, including planogram compliance and product visibility.
- Ensure basic execution elements such as availability, visibility, and share of shelf are met.
- Observe and report competitor activities, promotions, and in-store visibility.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences as seen in the field.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0 2 years of experience in merchandising, sales, retail, or a related field.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop in a field-based role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic analytical and reporting abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple store visits.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and attention to detail.
