Merchandising Executive Nestle

The Merchandising Executive will be responsible to lead on all merchandising activities with the 3rd party merchandising agency and local sales/category teams.

A day in the life of a Merchandising Executive

• Ensure merchandising visits take place as per the route defined.
• Ensure IDP is properly updated as per the month priorities.
• Follow up on IDP implementation and adherence to the IDP plan.
• Coordinate with Sales and Commercial teams on IDP compliance, learning and actions needed to ensure BIC execution.
• Coach and develop the 3rd part merchandising team through constant merchandising training and field visits coaching.
• Follow up on OSA % and ensure relevant actions are taken by the relevant team to improve OSA.
• Full BDA compliance by ensuring full visibility on BDA implementation, keep track of BDA compliance progress, ensure actions are taken by the relevant team.
• Accountable and responsible to achieve agreed upon merchandising KPIs.
• Adhere to all Company principles and policies including Nestl trade policy, local Sales policy, local Trade Terms, Safety and legal regulations.
