Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute merchandising strategies in line with seasonal collections.
  • Monitor stock availability across stores and warehouses and ensure proper allocation.
  • Analyze sales performance, sell-through rates, and slow-moving items.
  • Coordinate with design, production, and sales teams to align quantities and assortments.
  • Implement visual merchandising guidelines across stores.
  • Recommend pricing strategies, promotions, and markdowns based on product performance.
  • Prepare regular sales, stock, and performance reports.
  • Monitor competitors, market trends, and fashion movements.
  • Support new collection launches and seasonal planning.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 5 years of merchandising experience in the fashion/apparel industry.
  • Strong understanding of the apparel product lifecycle.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
