Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute merchandising strategies in line with seasonal collections.
- Monitor stock availability across stores and warehouses and ensure proper allocation.
- Analyze sales performance, sell-through rates, and slow-moving items.
- Coordinate with design, production, and sales teams to align quantities and assortments.
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines across stores.
- Recommend pricing strategies, promotions, and markdowns based on product performance.
- Prepare regular sales, stock, and performance reports.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and fashion movements.
- Support new collection launches and seasonal planning.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- 5 years of merchandising experience in the fashion/apparel industry.
- Strong understanding of the apparel product lifecycle.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
