Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and develop acquisition teams across assigned regions (Delta, Cairo, Alexandria, Upper Egypt).
- Monitor and ensure achievement of acquisition targets, KPIs, and acquisition goals.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to team members.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to support strategic decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key merchants and stakeholders in the F&B/HoReCa industry.
- Oversee acquisition pipelines and ensure effective follow-up on leads and opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on acquisition performance, forecasts, and market insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth business operations.
- Manage conflict effectively and provide solutions that align with company goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 4 years experience in the Food & Beverage or FMCG industry, including at least 1 2 years in a Team Leader role.
- Bachelor s degree required (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
- Proven experience managing and motivating teams in multiple regions.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Strong knowledge of F&B market dynamics and distribution channels.
- Well-established network within the F&B and HoReCa industries.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and follow-up skills.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and reporting abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict management skills.
- Customer-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
- Demonstrated ability in performance reviews and pipeline oversight, ensuring sales targets, KPIs, and acquisition stages are monitored and achieved.
