Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to secure the best possible deals, boosting profitability.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for new product lines and optimize existing ones.
- Manage inventory levels meticulously, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet demand while minimizing holding costs.
- Develop and execute promotional strategies to drive sales and increase brand visibility.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a merchant or buying role within the retail industry.
- Demonstrated experience in negotiating with suppliers and securing favorable terms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends effectively.
