Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze all requirements and documents for new merchants according to the company s guidelines.
- Handling day-to-day business operations.
- Coordinate with the clients and other team members, to ensure that the business onboarding process runs smoothly.
- Helping clients in resolving issues and complaints.
- Collect, organize data and generate reports using Microsoft office tools.
- Maintain the quality of service by obtaining Customers feedback via outbound calls and emails.
- Prepare meeting agenda and schedule meetings between the customers and the company.
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
- Tracking and reporting on operational performance.br>
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or any related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience
- Experience in CRM & excellent customer service skills
- Microsoft Office Skills
- Multi-tasking skills & Strong attention to details
- Documentation experience
- Problem-solving skills & good communication skills
- Teamwork
