Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

Build, manage, and optimize Meta campaigns for small and solo law firm clients.

Apply best practices in targeting, creative testing, and budgeting to drive ROI and improve campaign efficiency.
Strategic Planning & Sales Enablement
-
Define structure, playbook, and best practices for Meta Ads strategy as part of a new service offering.
-
Support sales enablement by educating internal teams on ideal-fit clients and effective positioning.
Creative Direction
-
Provide creative input on ad visuals, copy, and messaging to align with client objectives.
-
Partner with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency and performance alignment.
Client Communication & Relationship Management
-
Serve as the primary point of contact for law firm clients, clearly explaining strategies and performance.

Manage onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring seamless setup and ongoing optimization.
-
Conduct regular check-ins to review results and recommend improvements.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
-
Track campaign performance, report insights, and refine processes to scale efficiently.

Innovate and enhance Meta Ads frameworks to maintain quality as volume grows.
Qualifications:
Experience:
-
5+ years of experience managing Meta Ads, specifically with B2C clients.

Proven track record managing ad portfolios exceeding $100K/month.
-
Experience in customer-facing, consultative roles, translating data and technical details into actionable insights.
Skills:
-
Proficiency with Meta Business Suite; Canva familiarity is a plus.

Strong understanding of B2C marketing, ideally within the legal or home services industries.

Excellent communication and client presentation skills.
-
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to balance multiple campaigns.

Bright, proactive personality with a customer-first mindset.

Strong command of English (spoken and written); slight accent acceptable if communication is clear.
