Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist to manage and scale high-performing paid social campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. In this role, you ll take ownership of campaign strategy, execution, and optimization, working closely with creative and marketing teams to drive measurable growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR)
  • Conduct audience research, segmentation, and targeting strategies
  • Collaborate with creative strategists and designers to develop high-converting ad creatives
  • Perform A/B testing on creatives, copy, and landing pages
  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and reporting
  • Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI
  • Stay updated on Meta platform changes, trends, and best practices

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with TikTok Ads or Google Ads
  • Background in eCommerce, DTC, or SaaS marketing
  • Familiarity with tracking tools (e.g., pixels, conversion APIs)
