Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Meter Verifier
- Monitor the evolution of construction costs
- Prepare the monthly payment schedules
- Participate in the management of amendments and price revisions
- Check the attachments and work situations
- Control the quantities executed on site
- Compare the work carried out with the contracts, estimates and plans
- To detect errors, omissions or deviations
Required Skill:
- Production of the preliminary and final versions
- Precise calculation of quantities (earthworks, concrete, steel, finishes)
- Verification of attachments and work situations
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Skills: Preparation of preliminary and final quantity take-offs; Accurate calculation of quantities (earthworks, concrete, steel, finishes); Verification of progress reports and work status reports; Required Experience: Minimum 5 years; Required Degree: University
