Methods and Continuous Improvement Manager

LACROIX

Reporting to the Head of the Establishment, you will be in charge of managing and leading the continuous improvement projects and deploying the LACROIX Production System on the Mghira site.

Your missions will be as follows:

Management of the team Methods

• Lead, coordinate and develop the Methods team.
• To follow the individual performance, to accompany the rise in skills.
• Organize communication and interactions with other departments (production, quality, supply chain, HR).

Industrial Methods

• Defining, enforcing and improving standards and methodological tools
• Manage the introduction of new tools, processes and products.
• Optimize processes to improve quality, costs and deadlines.
• Participate in the implementation of layouts and the monitoring of industrial transfers
• Provide technical support to the project and production teams.

Continuous improvement

• Manage and lead Lean projects: diagnosis, planning, animation, monitoring of results.
• Train and support teams in Lean tools.
• Structure and maintain operational standards.
• Promote cross-cutting and the dissemination of good practices.
• Manage improvement projects with multidisciplinary teams.
