Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

What will your daily life look like?


Optimize preventive, corrective and improvement maintenance methods to ensure the reliability of food production equipment, while guaranteeing safety, quality and industrial performance.


1. Methods & Preparation Maintenance


Develop, structure and maintain preventive maintenance ranges.

Write operating procedures and intervention methods.

Create and update technical equipment files.

Participate in the planning of technical shutdowns (preventive and curative).

Analyze response times and suggest areas for improvement.

Standardize routine interventions to make equipment more reliable. 

2. Continuous Improvement & Reliability


Participate in the analysis of the root causes of breakdowns (5 Why, Ishikawa, etc.).

Identify low availability equipment and drive corrective action plans.

Propose technical modifications to make the installations more reliable.

Contribute to the implementation of Lean tools (TPM, 5S, etc.).

3. Data management and CMMS


Ensure the reliability of technical data in the CMMS.

Monitor performance indicators (MTTR, MTBF, TRG, etc.).

Establish analysis reports on interventions and costs.

4. Safety, Quality and Hygiene


Participate in the integration of QHSE requirements into interventions.

Ensure that safety procedures are applied during interventions.

5. Technical supervision and training


Support technicians in the deployment of good maintenance practices.

Train new technicians in the use of procedures and tools.

Be the technical referent on certain specific equipment.

Experience :


Bac +2/3 (DUT, BTS, professional license) in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, or equivalent.


Experience :


Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in maintenance, including some in methods.

Experience in the food industry required.


Technical skills :


– Mastery of CMMS tools.


– Mastery of Autocad design tools .

– In-depth knowledge of food processing equipment (CTA, compressor, bagging machines, blowers, etc.).

– Reading of mechanical, electrical and pneumatic plans.

– Mastery of analysis tools (AMDEC, 5P, Pareto, etc.).
