Methods Technician.

Mission and Responsibilities:

You will be in charge of:

 Carry out tests and approvals of raw materials as well as new products

 Implement necessary machine or equipment modifications

 Create and update standards Methods

 Improve product quality and reduce cost by analyzing production data.

 Coordinate technical changes for new products, equipment and/or processes with operator training

 Solving the quality and capacity problems of production machines

 Support the production department during process drifts

 Monitor and analyze statistical process data

 Train staff on new processes

 Respecting and ensuring compliance with the Code of Ethics of Sews Cabind Morocco

 To respect and ensure compliance with the HSE norms and standards in force at Sews Cabind Morocco

 Strive for excellence at all levels, by committing and leading colleagues and collaborators in a process of continuous improvement

Skills and Qualifications:

You are proficient in:

 Business application: (SIGIP – SYGETEC – IHS)

 Modeling techniques

 Product quality standards

 Electrical harness manufacturing process procedures

 Machines and tools for electrical harnesses: function, operation, connection, test

You have a:

 Problem-solving ability

 Interpersonal skills, analytical skills, rigour, listening, understanding of others, self-control and management of crisis situations are qualities required for this position.

Qualification:

BAC +2/3, Bachelor's degree, DUT, BTS, DTS: electricity or mechanics
