Missions

Ensure equipment compliance:

Define and implement procedures to ensure compliance of measuring equipment and instruments with standard requirements.

Understanding of measurement principles and the importance of traceability

Knowledge of regulatory requirements applicable to the pharmaceutical industry.

Implement corrective actions to address non-conformities and prevent their recurrence.

Carry out metrological confirmation of equipment:

Participate in the drafting of operating procedures relating to the metrological confirmation of equipment.

Carry out planned qualification, calibration and verification operations.

Complete and approve metrological intervention reports.

Assist with the reception and installation of new equipment.

Report the status of equipment and installations to the manager.

Participate in carrying out periodic assessments of the work of its structure.

Profile

Technical skills:

Basics of common measuring equipment (scales, thermometers, micropipettes, sensors, etc.)

Understanding measurement uncertainties, tolerances and errors (random and systematic).

Rigor and precision in work

Knowledge of fleet management of equipment and measuring instruments

Ability to analyze and interpret results.

Ability to write technical certificates and reports.

Sense of responsibility and integrity.

Internship or academic project in a metrology, quality control or instrumentation laboratory (highly appreciated).

Behavioral skills :

Analytical and synthetic mindset, rigor, organizational skills, ability to communicate and work in a team, strength of proposal, sense of listening and pedagogy.

Specific training:

Continuing training in metrology to update knowledge and develop skills.

Internship or academic project in a metrology, quality control or instrumentation laboratory (highly appreciated).

Bac+5: Diploma in metrology, physics, instrumentation, electronics, mechanics.

Knowledge of international standards (ISO 17025, ISO 9001).
