Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

MI (Marketing Intelligence) to provide timely and accurate relevant information in the concerned governorate (or another as per management request) that has been collected, aggregated and presented with discretion and high-quality standards.

  • Creates and updates comprehensive industry, competitor and customer models including, but not limited to, subscriber base, market share, sales, growth projections packages, connection fee, call rates, services, prices, commission, promotion, dealer s activities and market forces.
  • Performs thorough, systematic analysis of key industry trends; the general social economic and political environment; legal and regulatory issues; customers; current and potential competitors.
  • Validate, evaluate and analyses the received intelligence information about competitor s new launched promotions, sales and distribution channels, charging rates and advertisings (ATL and BTL) with specialized marketing units for studying its impacts then relaying the conclusions to the concerned entities of the company.
  • Create continuous channels of information flow whereby we can get reliable data from various information sources like reports of regional marketing intelligences, sales developers reports and Customer care reports
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly competitors report for management
  • Follow up competition Customer Care level performance
  • Conduct desk research on any topic to produce complete databases on any providers/organizations
  • Conduct testing using own and other handsets/devices provided by companies as per plans provided by Supervisor
  • Conducting marketing field visits and Mystery Shopping on daily basis following route plans as provided by supervisor, give feedback to tune questionnaires used to guide discussions and collect data, fill questionnaires and aggregate with insights to Managemen

University Degree and analytic skill

  • Computer Skills (MS Excel, Power point)
