Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise all event enquiries (existing/new leads) in an accurate, appropriate and timely manner

Ensure proper execution of all MICE events to the customers satisfaction and within budget

Oversee all event proposals in line with company brand standards, inclusive of creativity and alignment with the company s core values

Ensure all bookings, passenger details, logistic information, internal notes and supplier notes updated on the systems

Maintain thorough and up to date record of all bookings for easy access, filing and auditing purposes

Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly invoices

Coordinate proposals with destinations reservation hubs

Provide timely and accurate information and excellent support to external customers (agents, suppliers and clients)

Resolve customer service issues to customer s satisfaction with appropriate corrective and preventative measures

Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification:

Bachelor s Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, business or relevant field.

Experience:

More than 15 years experience in MICE & Corporate operations field in travel industry

Job knowledge of travelling & meetings software (computer reservations system, GDS system, e-travel etc.)

Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Customer oriented.

Ability to present and communicate effectively.

Well versed in various areas of travel (business, holidays, groups, individual etc )

Team work oriented.

Negotiate with hotels the best deal for pricing
