Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform microbiological testing for raw materials, in-process, and finished products.

  • Conduct environmental monitoring (cleanroom, surfaces, air sampling).

  • Support sterility testing and validation activities (ETO processes).

  • Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation (GMP / ISO standards).

  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of samples and cultures.

  • Assist in method validation, calibration, and lab equipment maintenance.

  • Work closely with QA and production teams to ensure product quality and compliance.

  • Follow all laboratory safety and hygiene procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology / Biotechnology / Life Sciences.

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a microbiology laboratory (medical / pharmaceutical preferred).

  • Knowledge of GMP, ISO standards (ISO 13485), and cleanroom practices.

  • Experience in sterility testing and environmental monitoring is an advantage.

  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

  • Language:

    • English (mandatory)

    • Arabic / Hindi (added advantage)
