Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Build and manage SharePoint sites, lists, workflows, and permissions
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards
  • Create and optimize Power Apps for internal processes
  • Design process automation using Power Automate
  • Support Microsoft Office applications and enhance productivity tools
  • Collaborate with management to identify gaps and recommend automated solutions
  • Ensure platform governance, documentation, and version control

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  • Strong command of Power BI, SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate
  • Excellent understanding of data models, connectivity, and reporting
  • Ability to troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolution
  • Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred:

  • Experience in enterprise workflow automation
  • Background in business process design or digital transformation
