Role & responsibilities

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

Preferred candidate profile

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Develop plugins, workflows, and custom integrations using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform
• Configure and customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business processes
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party systems (ERP, APIs, external applications)
• Work with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Perform system testing, debugging, and performance optimization
• Provide technical support and resolve system issues
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business teams

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement
• Hands-on experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Knowledge of Azure services and API integrations
• Understanding of CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing)
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft certifications (Dynamics 365 / Power Platform)
• Experience in ERP/CRM integration projects
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
