Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


During your tenure as a Business Analyst in Sales & Services, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:

  • Contribute to a cross functional team to achieve project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and requirements.
  • Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Design and configure Microsoft Dynamics solutions based on client requirements.
  • Customize and develop modules, workflows, reports, and dashboards within Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Conduct unit testing, data migration, and user training.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics implementations.
  • Complex application development

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

Self-starter, proactive with strong communication & presentation skills.

1-5 years full-cycle IT experience focussed on MS Dynamics CRM implementation including development and support

Ability to travel to client sites as needed

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
