Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Requirement gathering, business process analysis, and gap-fit documentation
  • Configure and implement modules in Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central
  • Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) and training materials
  • Coordinate with technical teams for customizations and integrations
  • Perform UAT, testing, issue resolution, and post-go-live support
  • Support Finance, Sales, SCM, Purchase, Inventory, Production (as applicable)
  • Work on upgrade/migration projects (added advantage)

Key Skills Required


  • Strong functional knowledge in NAV / Business Central
  • Experience in Finance, SCM, Sales, Purchase, or related modules
  • Understanding of workflows, reports, and customization needs
  • Hands-on experience preparing documentation and handling client interactions
  • Good communication and analytical skills
  • Exposure to AL / C/AL
  • Experience in BC Upgrades / Cloud environment
  • Knowledge of Power BI or integrations
  • Microsoft certification (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Experience with LS Retail (preferred but not mandatory)

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for minimum of 4yrs + experienced Dynamics NAV / Business Central Functional Consultant who can work closely with business users, understand requirements, and deliver effective BC/NAV solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise, good communication skills, and hands-on implementation/support experience.
