Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Install, configure, and manage Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) environments.

Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies (GPO), and File Services.

Support and maintain Microsoft O365, Exchange Server, and hybrid environments.

Manage virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V or VMware.

Implement system monitoring, patching, and backup solutions.

Troubleshoot Level 2/3 server and infrastructure issues.

Maintain documentation, SOPs, and system configurations.

Support cloud integrations and identity management with Microsoft Azure.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).

3-7 years of experience as a System Engineer or similar role.

Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, GPO, and PowerShell scripting.

Experience with Microsoft Azure, O365, and cloud security.

Hands-on experience with Hyper-V / VMware virtualization.

Knowledge of backup solutions, disaster recovery planning, and system monitoring tools.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
  • Microsoft Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
  • M365 Enterprise Administrator Expert
  • VMware VCP certification (advantage)
