Roles & Responsibilities

What You ll Do

  • Develop and maintain web applications using Laravel and the HMVC architecture.
  • Work closely with the team to understand business needs and translate them into technical workflows.
  • Document and map out business cycles and logic clearly and efficiently.
  • Build and consume RESTful APIs, integrate third-party services, and write clean, maintainable backend code.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers and gradually contribute to React-based components.
  • Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and improve our development processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • 2 4 years of experience in Laravel (v10+) development.
  • Comfortable working with HMVC architecture and modular codebases.
  • Strong grasp of PHP, MySQL, and application architecture.
  • Experienced with Git, API integrations, and deployment workflows.
  • Able to understand business logic, workflows, and user journeys and document them clearly.
  • Curious and willing to learn React (we ll guide you).
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable in a collaborative environment.

Bonus Points For

  • Exposure to React, Vue.js, or other modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Familiarity with TailwindCSS, Livewire, or Inertia.js.
  • Experience with unit testing, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines.
  • Previous involvement in cross-functional product development or startup teams.
