Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain accurate records for physical trades and hedging derivatives
- Manage daily profit and loss reporting and market risk exposure tracking
- Reconcile futures hedge positions, margin calls, and broker statements
- Oversee credit risk monitoring and internal compliance requirements
- Prepare regular risk, exposure, and performance reports for management
- Support enhancements and improvements to the ETRM trading system
- Coordinate with front office, operations, and finance teams to ensure data accuracy
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and trading risk policies

Desired Candidate Profile
Degree in Economics, Finance, Maritime Studies, or a related discipline
Two to three years of experience in an oil and gas or energy trading environment
Strong analytical, numerical, and logical reasoning skills
Good communication skills with the ability to work across teams
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in a collaborative setting
Interest in building a long-term career in energy trading and risk management
