Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Data Science, Information Management, Social Sciences (with focus on data analysis), Computer Science, Statistics, Data Governance or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data management, monitoring & evaluation, research, or information systems, preferably within an international organization, government, or NGO.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining data management systems, including dashboards, and preferably with the use for academic, teaching or research purposes.
  • Strong technical expertise in database management, data visualization, and analytics tools.
  • Experience in collaborating with government entities and multi-stakeholder coordination.
  • Ability to assess and improve data collection methodologies and data visualizations to enhance demonstration and teaching.
  • Past experience conducting similar data-focused duties for the International Organization for Migration or other UN agencies is an advantage.

Languages

Fluency in English and Arabic.
