Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1-Issuing Enrollment Certificates and official student documents.
2-Coordinating with the Ministry of Higher Education, Supreme Council of Universities, and military authorities.
3-Assisting students in navigating military service regulations and related processes.
4-Preparing, reviewing, and organizing legal and administrative documentation.
5-Maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely communication with government bodies.
6-Providing individual consultations and legal guidance regarding conscription and public service policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor s degree in law, Political Science, or a relevant administrative field.
2.Good understanding of Egyptian military service laws and governmental procedures.
3.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly when dealing with official entities.
4.High attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
5.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
6.Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
