Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Experience on workshop equipment such as milling machine, lathe, planar, shaper as per requirement of work job.
Able to read basic drawing (check dimensions).
Knowledge of machine tools & equipment.(Tools used like cutter ,tool holders, cutting tips)
Assembly & fitting of machines.
Clean and lubricate machines, tools, and equipment in order to remove grease, rust, stains, and foreign matter.
Ability to use precision tools (e.g. calipers) to take accurate measurements
Knowledge of metal properties and other material
Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy items
Responsible for machine condition and safety of machine.
10. Responsible for personal safety at work place and while using the machine.
Desired Candidate Profile
The job holder will coordinate with Supervisor’s and production team. In this context, the challenges posed are: 1) Maintaining health and safety during operating the machines.
To overcome these challenges, the job holder must have experience and knowledge in same field.
Decision Making:
The job holder will be required to work closely with his Line Manager in order to resolve any issues in day to day operations and provide feedback on progress.
Qualification: High school/ITI
Experience: 3-5 Years (Same filed)
Knowledge & Skills:
Good knowledge of and adherence with safety standards
Team player
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
