Key Responsibilities:

Supervise mechanical installation activities, including rotating equipment, pumps, and turbines
Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and installation as per project standards
Coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, and inspectors
Conduct site inspections and quality checks
Review installation drawings and specifications
Enforce safety procedures and promote safe work practices
Address technical issues and provide guidance to site personnel
Maintain documentation of work progress and inspection reports

Requirements:

Relevant technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
7 years of site supervision experience in mechanical installation, preferably in Oil & Gas projects
Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment installation, alignment, and safety standards
Good leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
