Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for installation, alignment, troubleshooting and maintenance of rotary & mechanical equipment in Oil & Gas plants ensuring maximum equipment reliability and safe operation.

  • Installation, inspection & maintenance of pumps, compressors, turbines, blowers & gearboxes
  • Precision alignment using laser/dial alignment tools
  • Balancing of rotating equipment & coupling installation
  • Bearing replacement, shaft replacement & lubrication
  • Knowledge of rigging, lifting plans & equipment safety
  • Preventive & Corrective Maintenance (PM & CM) during shutdowns
  • Use of torque tools, hydraulic tools & pneumatic tools
  • Documentation of work orders & adherence to PTW and LOTO

Desired Candidate Profile

ITI / Diploma with 4 8 years Oil & Gas shutdown or maintenance experience
