Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
-
Install, assemble, dismantle, and maintain industrial machinery and mechanical equipment according to technical manuals, engineering drawings, and specifications.

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment, conveyors, pumps, compressors, gearboxes, turbines, motors, and other rotating/static equipment.

Troubleshoot mechanical failures, diagnose root causes, and carry out necessary repairs or replacements.

Align and calibrate machinery using precision tools (laser alignment, dial indicators, micrometers, calipers, etc.).

Fabricate, weld, and modify mechanical components when required.

Maintain accurate service logs, work orders, and maintenance records in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).

Follow safety protocols, lockout/tagout (LOTO), and comply with OSHA / ISO / plant safety standards.

Collaborate with engineers, electricians, and other technicians to ensure minimal downtime and efficient plant operation.
