Mini Bar Attendant Four Seasons Hotel

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Mini Bar Attendant to join our Room Service team. In this role, you will ensure that all guest rooms are fully stocked, accurately charged, and presented according to our service standards. Your contribution will directly enhance the guest experience and support smooth in-room operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Replenish mini bar items in guest rooms according to par levels and brand standards

• Ensure all products are fresh, properly stored, and in excellent condition

• Accurately record consumption and post charges to guest accounts

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the mini bar storage areas

• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies

• Assist with monthly stock control and inventory counts

• Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner

• Work closely with Room Service and Housekeeping to ensure seamless service

What We re Looking For:

• Previous experience in F&B or a similar operational role is preferred

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication skills and a guest-focused mindset

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Physically fit and comfortable with a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer skills for posting charges and updating records
