Key Responsibilities:

1. Store Operations & Supervision

• Supervise daily activities, ensuring smooth and efficient store operations.
• Monitor staff performance, schedule shifts, and assign duties.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and security standards are maintained.

2. Merchandising & Planogram Execution

• Implement and maintain planograms to ensure correct product placement.
• Monitor stock levels, product displays, and ensure shelves are fully replenished.
• Adjust layouts based on sales trends, seasonality, or management instructions.
• Ensure promotional materials are properly displayed and updated.

3. Inventory & Stock Control

• Oversee inventory management, stock ordering, and receiving processes.
• Conduct regular stock counts to minimize shrinkage and discrepancies.
• Monitor expiry dates and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO).

4. Sales & Customer Service

• Support sales targets by ensuring attractive product presentation.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
• Train and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service.

5. Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, stock levels, and staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
• Provide feedback to management on store performance and improvement needs.
