Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) to support business operations and decision-making.
- Oversee the collection, validation, and analysis of operational and financial data from various departments.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security across all company databases and reporting systems.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and streamline data flows.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data discrepancies, resolving issues promptly to maintain reliable information systems.
- Establish and enforce data control policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Support the automation of data collection and reporting processes to enhance efficiency.
- Train staff on MIS usage, data entry standards, and reporting protocols.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing MIS infrastructure.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- experience in MIS, data control, or a similar role.
- Proven experience with database management and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with ERP or MIS software.
