Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare, manage, and maintain Sales & Marketing MIS reports on daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Analyze large datasets to track sales performance, inventory, leads, conversions, and marketing effectiveness
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and management reports
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Leadership teams to understand reporting requirements
  • Identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas through data-driven insights
  • Support management with ad-hoc analysis and presentations

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Real Estate industry experience is mandatory
  • Prior experience in Sales MIS / Marketing MIS / Combined MIS
  • Advanced MS Excel skills, including:
    Pivot tables
    Complex formulas
    Dashboards
    Data validation
    Basic automation
  • Excellent English communication skills – ability to present and explain data to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail with a problem-solving and analytical mindset

Good to Have

  • Working knowledge of Power BI (added advantage)
  • Experience handling large datasets and performance dashboards
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
