Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Internship Scope & Tasks:
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from different departments.
- Support the configuration and setup of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central modules (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, etc.).
- Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue tracking.
- Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and user manuals.
- Support data migration activities and basic reporting.
- Assist in end-user training sessions and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams during implementation phases.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of business processes (finance, operations, supply chain).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Willingness to learn ERP systems and work in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
This internship provides a strong foundation for a career in ERP consulting, with the potential for full-time employment based on performance.

Fresh graduate with a degree in MIS, Business Information Systems, Accounting, or Business Administration.
