Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Generate reports related to sales, finance, operations, and inventory
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports
- Analyze business data and identify trends, variances, and insights
- Support management with actionable recommendations
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Excel / BI tools
- Automate reports to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
- Maintain and validate data from ERP and other systems
- Ensure data consistency and accuracy across reports
- Work closely with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams
- Collect and consolidate data from multiple departments
- Identify opportunities for automation and reporting improvements
- Implement better reporting structures and formats
Desired Candidate Profile
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros preferred)
- Experience with Power BI / Tableau or similar tools is an advantage
- Basic understanding of finance and business operations
- Strong analytical ability
- Attention to detail
