Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead annual brand plans, campaign development, and 360 execution (digital, influencer, PR, outdoor, and on ground).
  • Manage creator and influencer partnerships, from selection to content co creation and performance tracking.
  • Plan and execute on ground activations and launch events that bring the brand experience to life.
  • Oversee PR strategy, media coverage, content calendars, and platform fit storytelling.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Trade, Supply Chain, and global teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor brand performance, competitive activity, and campaign KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
  • Champion innovation, cultural relevance, and first to market initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate Requirements

  • 3 6 years of brand management or marketing experience, ideally in FMCG.
  • Strong digital, social, and influencer marketing knowledge.
  • Experience managing agencies and cross functional projects.
  • Creative, detail oriented, and comfortable leading multiple initiatives at once.
  • Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.
