MIXER DRIVER

Job Duties:

• Operate a concrete mixer truck to transport ready-mix concrete from the plant to the construction site, ensuring timely delivery.
• Inspect the mixer truck before and after each trip, checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and ensuring the vehicle is in good working condition to maintain safety and compliance with regulations.
• Clean the mixer drum and chutes after each delivery to prevent concrete from hardening and to maintain the equipment s condition and efficiency.
• Communicate with dispatch and construction site managers to confirm delivery details, adjust schedules as necessary, and resolve any on-site issues promptly.
• Maneuver and position the mixer truck at the construction site to facilitate the direct pouring of concrete or to fill concrete pumps or buckets, ensuring minimal disruption to the site.
• Adjust the speed of the drum rotation to mix the concrete en route to the site or to prevent separation of ingredients, ensuring the delivery of quality product.
• Complete delivery tickets and other required documentation accurately and timely, recording details such as quantity delivered, delivery location, and time of delivery.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks on the mixer truck, such as lubricating parts or replacing small components, to ensure the vehicle remains operational and reduces downtime.

Requirements:

• 2-3yrs of experience in the same field.
• Valid UAE driving license
