Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Role & responsibilities
- Prepare paint materials and follow approved mixing ratios and procedures.
- Measure and control paint viscosity, temperature, and density before line supply.
- Perform accurate color mixing and color matching based on standard formulas.
- Label and record batch numbers, mixing time, and operator name for traceability.
- Ensure proper filtration and stirring before paint delivery to the paint booth.
- Handle chemicals safely and comply with safety and environmental procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of the mixing room, including equipment, filters, and tools.
- Check paint storage conditions (temperature, shelf life, humidity) and inventory/stocks checks
- Support preventive maintenance of pumps, mixers, and paint supply systems.
- Monitor paint consumption rate and coordinate with the production line to ensure stable material supply.
- Prepare reports on paint usage, batch quality, and mixing performance for supervisory review.
- Work in a 3-shift, 2-team rotation system and be available for shift work during the Ramadan period.
- Assist in training new operators and ensure adherence to SOP and safety rules.

Knowledge
Automotive paint types, mixing ratios, viscosity control, chemical and fire safety.
Skill

Certificate
Industrial Safety Certificate, Chemical Handling Training, Fire Safety Awareness.
Experience
Minimum 2~3 years in paint mixing room or automotive paint shop operation.
