About the Role
Join the vibrant pre-opening team at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea, a haven of refined luxury, sustainability, and elevated guest experiences.

As a Mixologist, you will be the creative force behind our beverage program, crafting exceptional cocktails and delivering personalized service that delights and surprises our guests across our signature outlets.

What You Will Do
Create and serve an innovative beverage menu featuring classic cocktails, original creations, and non-alcoholic options.
Engage with guests to understand their preferences and provide tailored drink recommendations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times.
Ensure consistent presentation, quality, and taste of all beverages.
Train and mentor junior bar staff, ensuring alignment with Four Seasons service standards.
Monitor bar inventory and place orders to maintain par levels and control costs.
Collaborate with culinary and service teams to develop seasonal drink pairings and signature experiences.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations.
Handle guest feedback gracefully and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.

What You Bring
Minimum 2 3 years of bartending or mixology experience in luxury hotels, upscale bars, or high-end restaurants.
Passion for beverage artistry and deep knowledge of spirits, wines, and mixology trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-centric approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and presentation.
Certification in beverage service or mixology is an advantage.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Fluency in English is required. Candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
