Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

This position is based out out Dubai and will be responsible to work closely cohesively with all stakeholder like Dev Team, Bank Tech Team, Infra Team, Offshore QA team and Automation team to ensure SIT testing meet planned timelines

  • Perform end-to-end Functional testing for releases focusing on integration points and application interfaces

  • Work in a fast paced environment, meeting timelines while adhering to process and contributing to the process improvements.

  • Maintain traceability of testing activities.

  • Defining the run plan for each release.

  • Designing and creating test cases and test data.

  • Write and Executing test cases manually.

  • Manual front end functional testing of applications

  • Collaborate closely with developers, identifying, logging, prioritizing and verifying defects in a defect tracking system.

  • Own Sign-off (SIT) process for each releases

  • Hands on experience testing Oracle Banking Suite of application V14.7.

  • Hand on testing experience testing mobile front end application (Native Mobile application)

  • Experience of OBDX and Payment Integration must

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in software testing principles.
  • Proven experience in testing mobile banking applications, with a strong understanding of OBDX channel functionalities and mobile platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of mobile testing tools and frameworks, such as Appium, Espresso, or XCUITest, showcasing technical proficiency.
  • Solid understanding of testing methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, and experience in creating test plans, test cases, and test reports.
  • Experience with test automation using scripting languages, such as Java or Python, indicating a proactive approach to efficiency.
