Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Promote and cross-sell clients existing range of products and services through Outdoor Sales, telemarketing, road shows, door-to-door, B2B2C, and other events and achieve individual sales targets. In addition, actively approach potential customers in high-traffic areas (markets, streets, events, etc.) to sell clients products.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions to customers.
- Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Collect customer documentation (ID, photos, etc.) for SIM registration as per regulatory requirements.
- Undertake execution of any project/ initiative for the Indirect department and organization as identified from time to time based on business needs.
- Take ownership to maintain & update the social media account as per the department KPIs and ensure attending to the customer’s comments and inquiries on time.
- Report sales progress and share market feedback with the Sales Manager.
- Stay updated on competitor offerings and market trends.
- Perform any other related tasks as required or assigned.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education & Qualification: High School Graduate
Experience: 1 year experience in sales or Customer service
Valid Driver's License: Must have Valid Bahraini Driver's License
Joining Period: Immediate Joiner
Good communication skills
