Roles & Responsibilities
� Mobile Technician & Sales Executive We are looking for a skilled Mobile Technician & Sales Executive for our mobile shop. � Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair smartphones, iPhones, and iPads (screen, battery, software issues) Handle basic mobile repairs and troubleshooting Install screen protectors and mobile accessories Sell mobile accessories (cases, chargers, screen guards, etc.) Assist customers and provide after-sales support Maintain repair records and ensure quality service Support daily shop operations and inventory handling
Desired Candidate Profile
� Requirements: Experience in mobile repair (iPhone/iPad/Android preferred) Good knowledge of hardware & software troubleshooting Experience in accessory sales and customer handling Good communication skills and customer-friendly attitude Willing to work in retail environment ⏰ Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
