Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair mobile devices (hardware and software issues)
Perform screen replacements, battery changes, and other basic repairs
Troubleshoot device problems and provide effective solutions
Install and update mobile software and applications
Maintain tools and ensure proper handling of devices
Keep records of repairs and services completed
Communicate clearly with customers regarding issues and repair status
Ensure quality service and meet turnaround time targets
Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
Desired Candidate Profile
At least high school graduate or equivalent
With experience in mobile repair is an advantage
Basic knowledge of mobile hardware and software troubleshooting
Detail-oriented and with good problem-solving skills
Honest, reliable, and responsible
Good communication and customer service skills
Willing to learn and be trained
Can work independently and as part of a team
Flexible and willing to work under pressure
