Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Mobile Sales & Technician (Kiosk) We are looking for an experienced Mobile Sales & Technician for our kiosk setup. � Responsibilities: Promote and sell mobile products, accessories, and services Handle walk-in customers and explain product offerings clearly Perform basic mobile troubleshooting and minor repairs (software errors, screen guard fitting, battery checks, etc.) Assist in basic mobile servicing and diagnostics Meet daily/weekly sales targets Maintain customer relationships and provide good after-sales support Ensure proper product display and kiosk presentation Maintain sales records and daily reporting to management

Desired Candidate Profile

� Requirements: Prior experience in mobile sales and basic mobile repair is required Good knowledge of smartphones, accessories, and common technical issues Experience in handling iPhones, Android phones, and basic troubleshooting Strong communication and customer handling skills Responsible, active, and sales-driven personality ⏰ Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
