Overview

The BIM Engineer (Modeling & Simulation) plays a key role within the Digital Solutions team, supporting the implementation and coordination of BIM processes across projects. The role focuses on ensuring adherence to BIM standards, improving project workflows, and facilitating effective collaboration between multidisciplinary teams.

Your role

• Guide and support project teams in the implementation of BIM procedures, standards, and protocols
• Provide technical support for BIM tools and digital solutions used across projects
• Assist in performing Information Management functions in line with project requirements
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of BIM execution procedures
• Participate in clash detection and coordination with the full design team
• Support the optimization of workflows to enhance project delivery and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company data standards and BIM requirements
• Assist design teams in the effective use of BIM processes and tools
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve coordination and data integration

About you

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Up to 5 years of experience in BIM coordination, modeling, or a similar role
• Practical experience with BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, or similar platforms)
• Working knowledge of construction documentation and project workflows
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in digital tools
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Strong technical mindset combined with good interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary project teams
